Can I customize a T-shirt?

Yes. You can suggest a phrase, a photo, a theme or a graphic idea. Before production, we review feasibility, print result and details with you.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size guide on the product page. If you are between two sizes, consider your preferred fit and contact us before ordering.

Are the colors identical to the images?

Images are prepared to represent products as accurately as possible. Small differences may depend on your screen, the fabric and the printing process.

How should I wash the product?

Always follow the care instructions on the label. To help protect the print, wash the garment inside out and avoid high temperatures.

Orders and shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Timing depends on the product, any customization and the destination. Estimated timing is shown during purchase and in order updates.

Will I receive tracking?

When available, you will receive shipping information and a link to track your parcel by email.

Do you ship outside Italy?

Available destinations and related costs are shown at checkout after you enter the shipping address.

How can I check my order status?

Use the updates sent by email or contact us with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

Returns, exchanges and problems

Can I request a return or exchange?

Requests are handled according to the terms of sale and return policy published in the store. Contact us before sending any item back.

What about customized products?

For made-to-order products, return eligibility may be limited. If there is a defect, error or damaged item, send us photos and your order number so we can review the case.

When is a refund issued?

After a request is approved and any required product checks are completed, the refund is processed to the original payment method according to the timing stated in the relevant policy.
