The galesport.com website and online store operate under the trading name GALESPORT.

By using the website or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service together with the other policies published on the store, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Products

GALESPORT offers graphics and products connected with streetwear, sports culture, music, places, memories, identity and customization. The brand principle is simple: the idea and graphic come first, then the product chosen to bring them to life.

Some items may be produced or printed on demand through specialized production partners. Colors, fit, materials, availability and other characteristics are described on the relevant product page where applicable.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes a purchase request. Orders are processed through Shopify and are confirmed through the normal order confirmation process, subject to correct customer information, product availability and successful payment. GALESPORT may contact the customer if additional information is required.

Prices and payments

Applicable prices are those displayed in the store when the order is placed. Taxes, shipping costs, discounts and other applicable charges are shown in the store or at checkout according to the order configuration and destination. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping times, methods, destinations and conditions are described in the Shipping Policy. Stated times are generally estimates and may vary due to production, carrier, destination, holidays or events outside GALESPORT's direct control.

Returns, withdrawal and refunds

Conditions for returns, withdrawal rights, customized products, defective items and refunds are described in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in GALESPORT policies limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Intellectual property

Original GALESPORT graphics, text, creative elements and original materials may not be copied, reproduced or used without authorization except where permitted by law. Third-party trademarks, names, images, symbols and other elements remain the property of their respective owners. Cultural, sports or music references do not automatically imply sponsorship, approval or official collaboration unless expressly stated and documented.

Use of the website

The website may not be used for unlawful or fraudulent activities or to compromise the security, availability or proper operation of the service.

Liability

GALESPORT operates in accordance with applicable law and does not exclude or limit liabilities or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
